In a letter from Messrs Stewart & his colleagues regarding a joint report, the disgraceful state of that Hospital which is said to have been erected and subsidised by the Colonial Office is highlighted. It is stated that if such is the case, you will not doubt take steps to ensure that for the future, the Hospital shall be under the supervision of a qualified inspector. But I should wish to receive from you a full report upon the subject, and to learn what has happened.
